TH Consulting is a fitness and wellness coaching company founded by Md. Tanvir Hasan, an ACE-Certified Trainer and Professional Life Coach based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Our mission is simple — help people build a body and mind they’re proud of. We guide busy professionals, entrepreneurs, and everyday individuals to transform their health through science-based training, simple nutrition habits, and a deeper understanding of how movement and mindset shape life.
