1. Products Covered

This policy applies to:

  • Digital fitness guides (PDFs, e-books, training plans)
  • Any other digital or virtual fitness-related service offered through our website

2. Delivery Policy

  • Digital products (PDFs, guides): Download link or email delivery within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
  • 1-to-1 counselling sessions: Session booking details will be sent to your email within 24 hours of payment.
  • All orders are delivered electronically — no physical delivery.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and personalised coaching, we follow these guidelines:

a. Digital Products (PDFs, guides)

  • Refunds will only be granted if:
    • The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed.
    • The wrong product was delivered.
  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • We may request proof (e.g., screenshots) to validate the issue.

b. 1-to-1 Counselling

  • Full refund if the session is cancelled by us.
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, you are eligible for a reschedule (no cash refund).
  • No refund if you miss the session without prior notice.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
