- We do not store your payment card details.
- All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4. Delivery Policy
- Digital coaching programs: Access provided within 24 hours of payment.
- Physical products: Delivery within 3–7 working days inside Dhaka, 5–10 working days outside Dhaka.
- Delivery charges (if any) are shown before checkout.
5. Refund & Return Policy
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Digital coaching programs are refundable only if access has not been used.
- Physical products must be unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during sign-up and checkout.
- Not use our Services for unlawful purposes.
